Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

30 Days to Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the items within 5 business days of the delivery date.

 

1.  In case that the cause of the return is for repentance, the customer bears the cost of shipping back the order from his place to our warehouse in Norcross, GA , USA.  All the shipments should be insured for the value of or the items in question.

In order for a refund due to repentance to be accepted, it must meet the following requirements:

 

-The product/s cannot have been used and must be in the same condition as they were received.

-You must send us an email expressing your desire to return the merchandise maximum 5 days after the receipt of your order.

 

Note: If you qualify for a refund under these terms and conditions, the first thing you got to do is get in touch with us via email or by telephone and we will let you know what to do.

 

Solutions:

You can choose another product/s of any value if the value of the new product/s is less than the value of your credit we will issue a refund for the difference. If the value of the new product/s is higher than your credit, you would have to pay for the difference.

You can also choose to get a full refund.

 

 

2.  In case of receipt of defective items we will assume all shipping costs for the item/s to be returned to our warehouse in  Norcross, GA , USA. as soon as we receive the defective item/s we will send you the same models again or if you prefer we can issue a refund for the value of those items.

In order for an exchange or refund due to defective items to be accepted, it must meet the following requirements:

 

- It must be reported in a maximum of 48 hours after the receipt of the order.

- The product/s in question cannot show the slightest sign of use.

- You must include a copy of the original invoice.

- The product/s must be in the same condition as they were received.

We will send the same models again, you can also choose different items as replacements, if the value of the new product/s is less than the value of the returned merchandise we will issue a refund for the difference and if the value the new product is more than the value of the returned merchandise you would have to pay for the difference.
